Out of 1,477 participating HEIs across the globe, ten (10) higher education institutions from region 1 joined the pool of sustainable academic institutions for 2024 UI Greenmetric World University Ranking, announced in Sao Paolo, Brazil on December 12, 2024.
On UIGM’s 15th edition, the following HEIs in the region proved their conscious and continuous emphasis on (re)building SDG-responsive institutions:
