3 ISPSC alumni top 2025 MLE
Three graduates from Region 1’s Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College (ISPSC) secured spots among the topnotchers in the November 2025 Midwifery Licensure Examinations.
Kristine V. Quiabang, Glory R. Aciong, and Catherene P. Sunio ranked 5th, 9th, and 10th, respectively.
In addition, ISPSC earned recognition as the second top-performing school with 30 and above examinees (98.51%), while the University of Northern Philippines secured the 5th rank (91.18%).
