Per CHED Memorandum from the Executive Director No. 480, series of 2025, the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office 1 informs the public and concerned stakeholders regarding the full deployment of the Electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification Services (Ecav) system.
All applications for issuance of CHED authentication, certification, and verification services must be submitted and processed through the eCAV web platform at https://ecav.ched.gov.ph.

Mr. Chris Daniele V. Ignacio of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) ranked 4th in the June 2025 Physical Therapists Licensure Examination.
Mr. Ignacio garnered a 90.25% passing rate in the said board examination.
