CHED Regional Office I invites all interested students and student organizations in the region to join the SDG Innovators’ Initiatives competition!
SDG Innovators’ Initiatives are student-led proposals that offer innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions to pressing local and global challenges in line with the UN SDGs. Proposals may be research-based, technology-driven, community-centered, or policy-focused.
𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀:
✅ Proposals must be student-led, original, and not yet implemented
✅ Submission of proposals can be individual or team-based (3–5 members)
✅ Proposals can address one or more SDGs
✅ Entries must comply with ethical standards and copyright/data privacy laws

These Living Labs are community-anchored initiatives that are experiential, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, which are conceptualized, piloted, and continuously refined to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀:
✅ Entry must come from an active Living Lab
✅ Teams may have partner barangays, industries, or NGOs
✅ Projects must align with the ASEAN 2025 theme & SDGs

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪 | CHED RO1, represented by Ms. Charlyn Nudas, attends the first day of the Mid-Year Assessment of the CY 2025 Implementation of the Agricultural Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (ACEF) Program at Ynad’s Place Hotel and Resort Inc., City of San Fernando, La Union from August 26 to 29, 2025.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪 | CHED ROI facilitates the UniFAST Liquidation Report Monitoring at the University of Luzon, Dagupan City, Pangasinan. Present in this activity are UniFAST Regional Coordinators Ms. Melvie Legaspina and Mr. Marlon Padua, working closely with the institution’s UniFAST Focal, Ms. Joan D. Ubando, to ensure the liquidation of downloaded funds in line with UAQTE guidelines on proper fund utilization and timely reporting.
