CHED Regional Office I invites all interested students and student organizations in the region to join the ASEAN Digital Storytelling competition!
The ASEAN Unity Digital Storytelling competition highlights original digital stories through short feature or documentary videos that creatively showcase how HEIs in Region I contribute to the ASEAN vision and the UN SDGs.
𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀:
✅ Entries must be original and not previously published or submitted in other competitions
✅ Entries should align with the UN SDGs and the 2025 ASEAN theme: Inclusivity and Sustainability
✅Entries must have a total running time of 7 to 10 minutes
✅ Must comply with ethical standards and copyright/data privacy laws
✅Submissions may be in English, Filipino, or local dialects, provided that they include English subtitles
𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
Interested participants must submit their Short Feature or Documentary Videos following the prescribed specifications:
📌Duration: 7-10 minutes
📌Resolution: 1920 × 1080 (Full HD)
📌Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (widescreen format)
📌Accepted formats: .mp4
Submissions may be in English or Filipino. If the entry used local dialects, English subtitles must be provided. All music, images, and video clips must be properly credited. For AI-generated assets or content, please provide proper attributions.

SDG Innovators’ Initiatives are student-led proposals that offer innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions to pressing local and global challenges in line with the UN SDGs. Proposals may be research-based, technology-driven, community-centered, or policy-focused.
𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀:
✅ Proposals must be student-led, original, and not yet implemented
✅ Submission of proposals can be individual or team-based (3–5 members)
✅ Proposals can address one or more SDGs
