The participants listen to talks on The Mediator, Communication in Mediation, Mediation Ethics, and Stages in Mediation delivered by Atty. Brenda Jay Angeles-Mendoza and Ms. Gloria Zosa-Seno, both recognized neutrals.
The topics prepare the participants for the simulation exercises for day 3.
