La Union 2nd District grantees claim TDP stipends
The CHED Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) recipients from the 2nd District of La Union received their stipends at the New DSG Hall in Tubao, La Union, on October 11, 2024.
A total of 22 grantees received P7,500.00 each, while 2 grantees received P15,000.00 each during the said distribution.
Dr. Danilo B. Bose, Chief Education Program Specialist of CHEDRO1, delivered an inspirational message during the distribution, encouraging the grantees to continue striving for excellence in their studies. He was assisted by the UniFAST Regional Coordinators.
Before the stipend distribution, the grantees participated in a seminar-workshop conducted by the Tingog Partylist team, which was designed to equip them with practical skills and knowledge to support their academic and personal growth.
The grantees expressed deep appreciation for the ongoing financial and moral support, noting that these funds will ease their educational expenses and help them focus on their academic pursuits. This initiative reflects our enduring commitment to empowering students and ensuring equal access to quality education.
