The Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) has honored all five State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Region I for their remarkable achievements in Gender and Development (GAD) Budget utilization.

This recognition underscores their exceptional commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment, as each SUC earned a spot in the national ranking.

The awards were formally conferred on September 25, 2025, in Metro Manila.
