The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office I (CHEDRO I) successfully conducted the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) Distribution of Stipends on January 9, 2025, at Northern Christian College in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. The event provided financial assistance to 387 grantees funded under the TDP initiative of Senator Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Tesoro Go, demonstrating the governmentโs commitment to enhancing access to education for deserving students.
